84k credits disappeared. Showed as being used. Were not used.
Credits can be spent on tables even if they're later deleted.Check your trash folder for any deleted tables that may have consumed the 84k credits. To verify credit usage, go to Settings > Credit usage to see which tables, workbooks, or folders used credits. You can sort by credits used and export the data as CSV. If a provider couldn't deliver valid data, we refund those credits automatically. If you need further help investigating this issue, request human assistance by clicking on "Talk to a person."
Is there credits refund option?
never mind. My mistake. Apparently a few housand rows ran despite the fact that I was only testing and had only requested 10 rows.
Hi Sol, Thanks for reaching out to support. Quick question, do you have auto-updates turned on? If so, I’d recommend turning that off to avoid unexpected large table runs in the future. I’d also love to understand more about what happened so we can help prevent this for other users. For example, did you click “Run 10 rows” but it ended up running more than expected? Let me know, happy to dig in and help!
Hi Nicole, tbh I looked up at my credits and noticed a big reduction. Initially when I looked at the table, it showed the ten rows I had run. So I assumed it was a bug. Than I added a filter aqnd saw it tan on ore than 3500 rows. I guess It auto ran when I updated an earlier cell i guess and that pushed these to run.
Hi Sol, Thanks for the additional context, yes I would recommend turning auto updates off to avoid large credit spends like this in the future.
