Hey Team, I wanted to try the Find People feature since Apollo was yielding very little. The problem is, I don't know where Clay found a list of Klarna employees (1,285) when Klarna is not one of the Companies I had on my list. How can I be more confident in the results? https://app.clay.com/workspaces/134381/workbooks/wb_mqqvG6cN6BWi/tables/t_PkitNNrqVovj/views/gv_qBfebbvgNodj
To ensure accurate and relevant results in the Find People feature, here are the key steps you should follow: 1. Verify your company table connection: ā¢ Make sure your Find People search is properly linked to your companies table ā¢ Confirm that the correct domain/social URLs are populated for searching 2. Use the preview function: ā¢ Always click the "Preview People" button before importing ā¢ Review the data quality and adjust your filters if needed ā¢ This helps avoid importing incorrect or irrelevant results 3. Be specific in your search parameters: ā¢ Choose specific companies from your Clay Table or upload a Comma-Separated List ā¢ Use company attributes to narrow down results ā¢ Set precise job titles and seniority filtersPlease note that data accuracy can sometimes be affected by limitations from data providers or privacy restrictions on LinkedIn profiles. For the most accurate results, it's recommended to use company social URLs rather than domains, as they typically provide richer information in our database. Looks like you're still looking for help. We're escalating this over to our support team and someone should be in touch soon. In the meantime, feel free to include any other information that may be helpful in solving your issue!
Hey Jonathan, just noticed your follow up in this thread. Consolidating it here. I found the issue and have reported this to the team. The issue is that the domain, dr-brace.com, was for an odd reason associated/linked to Klarna's LI profile instead. Our team is working closely with our data providers while implementing our own solutions to ensure these associations are addressed. They are rare, but unfortunately, do happen as it did for you. This could be attributed to quite a few data standardization issues from the records collected and how/what each company themselves include in their profiles. This one is clearly an incorrect match which will be easier for out team to address. Once our providers and team finalize this project, it won't be something you'll run into. Do keep the reports coming so we can speed it up of course.
Thanks Arturo! Looks like I should direct it to the root domain rather than Company Domain. I appreciate your help.
Hey Jonathan! Let us know if you need anything else.
