How can I change Include Keywords from OR to AND in the expanded list?

Is there a way to make Include Keywords be AND and not OR, when I add a keyword, it expands the list and I want it to be Keyword1 AND Keyword2 not Keyword1 OR Keyword2

Hey Khaled, jumping in here and see what you mean now! So yeah, I know it's not intuitive but if you type in all the keywords you want it to include in a single string before typing the comma, it should search for values that include all of those keywords in one go in no specific order. Instead of it being two separate searches.

So its like Broad Phrase search in a search engine

Yup, it will search for any matches that contains those keywords in no particular order but within that blue chip/pill string, separate blue chips will be an OR type of search as you pointed out :)
