How can I identify and compile a list of prospects with mortgage interest rates above 7.8% and a maximum loan-to-value (LTV) of 65% within area codes 786, 305, and 954? list should include detailed information such as the prospect's name, phone number, home address, type of home, email address, current interest rate, and type of mortgage?
