Shared vs. Individual Use of Appollo and Instantly Accounts in a Partnership

Quick question regarding multiple users. Do each of use our own Appollo or instantly accounts or would we end up sharing. One of my partners uses instantly, I don't, he uses Neverbounce, I don't. I use appollo and reoon and he doesn't/
