The only way to add more credits to your account is to upgrade the tier, we unfortunately don't offer one-time credit purchases

If I downgrade to the $149 or $229 start will the 2k/3k credits be added to my account?

Hey Ian, we can help to do an early reset with your current plan just this once if that helps. Let me know!That will also reset your billing cycle to today so you have another month to use them
