Hi yesterday we got the Starter monthly package, Later we planned on moving to Explorer monthly package due to disabled features. When we try to upgrade it is only giving the option to pay the full price. Clay team, please charge for the difference.
When you upgrade your plan, your billing cycle will reset immediately. Unfortunately, there isn't a way to pay just the difference - the new plan's full price will be charged when you upgrade. Here's how to upgrade your plan:1. Go to Settings > Plans and Billing > Change Plan 2. Select Monthly at the top 3. Choose your desired plan (Explorer) 4. Click Upgrade Plan > SubscribeThe good news is that when you upgrade, any remaining credits from your current plan will be added to your new credit allotment. For example, moving from Starter to Explorer provides all Explorer credits. Our team is reviewing this and may implement changes in future updates.
