Waterfall Feature Issues: Email Errors and Merge Column Problems

Hi, waterfall feature for emails isn't working properly, can you take a look pls FOr example line 18 (find work email 4) the line ran three times even though we found an email on the first time Yet still no entry in the merge colomn So 2 errors here.
