Automatically Assign Unique ID Numbers to Columns in Clay
Is there a way to put unique id numbers on columns automatically in clay?
Clay doesn't automatically generate unique ID numbers for columns. However, you can manage uniqueness in your data through the auto-dedupe feature: 1. You can enable automatic deduplication by clicking the Auto-dedupe icon at the bottom right of your table 2. Select which column you want to use for deduplication 3. Click "Save Changes"Alternatively, you can dedupe a specific column by: 1. Right-clicking the column 2. Selecting "Dedupe > Delete Duplicate Row"For data coming from certain integrations like Salesforce, you can specify "Uniqueness Fields" to prevent duplicate records when syncing data.
