Limiting Your People Search to Current Companies Only

When finding people at a set companies, how can I limit the search to the people’s current/latest company only?

To limit your search to people's current/latest company only, use the Past experiences toggle in the Find People settings. Make sure this toggle is turned off to exclude past experiences from your search. When the "Past experiences" toggle is disabled, the search will only return people based on their current positions at the specified companies, not their previous work history.

Hey - Hana H. Use LinkedIn Enrichment in Clay Enable "Current Company Only" Toggle In the person enrichment block, set company match to "current only" Filter Results Use formula: IF (current_company == target_company, "Yes", "No") Keep only "Yes" rows You're done

You're correct! The "Past experiences" toggle is the key setting. When disabled in Find People, it limits results to current positions only at your specified companies. Your LinkedIn enrichment approach with the "current only" company match setting and formula filtering is also a solid method for ensuring you only get people at their current companies.
