Troubleshooting Find Emails Enrichment Errors in Your Tool

Hi there, I am trying to add the "Find emails" enrichment but when I do, I can see the number of columns increasing but doesn't show the waterfall. Then I get an error, and when I hit "show all columns" I see all the waterfall but nothing has run. How can I fix this?

The error "A field with the name, Find Work Email, already exists. Please use another name" indicates you're trying to add a duplicate column.
To fix this:
1.
Delete the existing waterfall columns that aren't working properly
2.
Add a fresh email waterfall by clicking "Add enrichment" and searching for "Work Email" [1]
3.
Use a different column name when setting up the new waterfall to avoid the duplicate name error
The waterfall columns are hidden by default - that's why you don't see them initially but they appear when you click "show all columns." [2] Once you set up the new waterfall with a unique name, it should run properly and show progress indicators.

I already tried deleting the existing waterfall columns and added the new email waterfall, and used a different column name. Even now I don't have any columns with the same name but still getting the error when I try to run the waterfall

Try accessing Edit Column > Full Configuration to properly delete the waterfall enrichments instead of just deleting columns directly. [1]
Also check if auto-update is enabled - turn it on and manually trigger the column to run by right-clicking and selecting 'Run column.'
If the issue persists, refresh your data in relevant columns and re-run enrichments to clear any stale data that might be causing the duplicate name conflict.
