I've got a Clay list with all my HubSpot contacts, set to run daily and "Update existing rows" toggled on. However, existing contacts don't seem to update. E. g. I pushed new phone numbers from Clay to HubSpot yesterday, waited for the scheduled re-run and also manually started one - but the phone number Clay is showing is not updating.
I updated about 2600 contacts, with either a normalized phone or mobilephone (columns Update Phone and Update Mobilephone). They updated correctly on HubSpot, but it's not pushing back to Clay.

Hey there, the import from HubSpot is set to update every day, but even though you have auto-update on, this will not trigger the actual "Update Object," column. To do so, you will have to run this specific column on a schedule and set it to whatever cadence you like. Hope this helps!

If you click edit, you will get this configuration panel, which allows you to run manually, re-run, or run on a schedule. Hope this helps.
I set that to run daily already - but as you said that doesn't actually update existing rows. If I go to the table settings for the mentioned table to auto-re-run the columns, HubSpot Import is not listed as a column that can be re-run somehoiw
Ah, I'm not sure if I got that correctly. The issue is not that "update object" is not running automatically - but that the data for existing rows is not pulled from HubSpot daily, only new rows are added (e. g. when new companies/contacts are added in HubSpot)
So there is no way for Clay to update existing rows based on changes in HubSpot?

I have a Clay table with all of my HubSpot companies. I want that table to update (edit: in Clay) automatically. New companies should be added (that part works) and existing companies with updated properties should update (that part doesn't work).
I already tried "Run now" manually, waiting for a few days for the auto-run to update - new entries make it to Clay just fine, but updating existing entries with updated data from HubSpot never worked. My workaround is currently creating new tables, and manually importing from CRM every time I want to work on the table - which obviously doesn't spark much joy 🙂
