Support Request: Write To Table Enrichment Error and Response Needed

Hi, I submitted a support request earlier today and haven't heard back. The Write To Table enrichment suddenly stopped working and shows an error message. I did nothing to change the Write To Formula nor anything in this table I'm including. This enrichment is critical to my operations. This has happened before and I believe it's a bug in Clay.
