Issues with Smartlead Campaign Creation and Duplicate Entries

Continued errors creating Smartlead campaign from leads table – issue with product/integration (not API key). • Clay actually creates the campaign, but no leads are added (no column in table created either per row for adding) • Clay will continue to create new campaigns if trying again with the same name (so duplicates with same name in smartlead) • Not sure what else to share... just not working which is frustrating.

Hi Jared, Thanks for pointing this out! It does seem like there’s an issue when creating the campaign but I'm able to select the campaign. Since I’ve replicated this first behavior on my end, I have escalated this to our engineering team for further investigation. As soon as we have an update, I’ll make sure to keep you informed! One UX/Design thing that might be relevant... is that I'm accessing this user-journey/flow e.g., "send these contacts emails" by selecting actions -> create smartlead campaign. So I don't get these options that you see which is a different user flow. I'm guessing with "add enrichment"... which isn't really an enrichment (I digress, think there is lots of structure/ui improvements to be considered) -> so then it is a flow there e.g., add lead to campaign, which I'm guessing now has no issues. Just sharing this poor walk through of what I'm doing in case it helps design etc. thanks!

Hi Jared, We’ve deactivated the “create campaign” feature for now. A better solution will be available shortly. In the meantime, you can create your campaigns directly in Smartlead. Let me know if you need any help with this!

Nevermind re: my comment about custom properties e.g., email body. I was stupid, looking at the wrong table I use as a reference sometimes.
