How to Find LinkedIn Posts Mentioning a Specific Person

Hi guys, anyone know if there is a way to find LinkedIn posts that mention a specific person? I can enrich the persons posts and don't want to get all their reposts just posts that mention them.

Yes, you can find LinkedIn posts mentioning a specific person using our "Find Recent Posts by User or Company" feature. When using this action, you can: 1. Enter the person's LinkedIn URL 2. Add their name as a keyword in the "Keywords" field 3. Optionally filter by date This will return posts that mention the person, allowing you to exclude their own posts and reposts. We also have a Claybook specifically for finding people who liked LinkedIn posts that mention your company, which uses similar functionality.

Hey, Unfortunately, there’s no way to limit LinkedIn enrichment to just posts that mention someone, how are you typically getting that kind of data? That said, if you’re trying to extract posts where a person is mentioned, sometimes you can find that by checking their activity feed and filtering manually from there. Let me know exactly what you’re trying to achieve—we might be able to suggest a workaround using the API or another approach.

Hi, I was just seeing if it was possible as not a lot of the people I find have any posts of their own so was seeing if I could find posts where they are mentioned.

Hey, Yes—it’s actually possible! You can use the Monitor Professional Posts source and apply a people filter to find posts where individuals are mentioned, even if they haven’t posted themselves. Let me know if you want help setting that up.
