When your Pro Plan expired on 11/7, your credits were forfeited because you no longer had an active paid plan to support the rollover.
However, you can restore those lost credits by upgrading back to your previous Pro Plan or higher. If you upgrade to a higher-tier plan, previously forfeited rollover credits associated with the higher plan will be restored.
