the “find people” search has some good contacts, but is also pulling low quality contacts with titles that do not match my search criteria. how do i fix this

To improve your Find People search results and exclude low-quality contacts with mismatched titles, you can use these specific strategies: 1. Enable "Exact keyword match" in the Job Title section - this will ensure titles match precisely (e.g., "Software Engineer" won't match with "SWE"). 2. Use the Job Title section's exclude feature to remove unwanted variations: • Specify titles to exclude • Filter by job levels and functions • Set parameters for past experiences 3. Make sure to include all relevant variations of your target job titles, as Find People doesn't support semantic search (e.g., "Revenue Operations," "RevOps," "Rev Operations" are treated as different titles).Pro tip: Start with exclusion filters for more precise results. For example, if you include "Sales" but exclude "Ops" and "Operations," you'll get primarily customer-facing sellers.Remember to use the Preview People button to review and refine your search before importing the final results.
