Hi, I have a quick question, I am trying to find people from a list of 600 companies, it creates another table that imports up to 2500 people due to my plan, but I want to find the rest of the people, how can I import them in the same table? If it's not possible in the same table, how do I import them in another table but making sure is not the same people from the first 2500 results?
I have another question, i am trying to find work emails for people, but when I click Enrich, then go to input data it doesn't allow me to put the company name as in the tutorial (getting started), it only allows me the company domain and the full name
And I have another question, in this table https://app.clay.com/workspaces/188563/tables/t_1DpEXfDEZIMD/views/gv_xhBXMvwDbnlR Row 23 it finds the email with clay but still runs the other providers, why is that? If it already found it Same thing with row 13, 27, 31, 47, 53? That's a lot of spent credits, I am losing too many credits due to this, is it possible that you guys check this and reintegrate my credits? It's the provider plus the debounce, that's 3 credits per each time this happens
4th question, do you have a Klaviyo integration? Or any integration with an email sequencer that also has SMS?
You can see it happening here, it already found the email and it keeps looking with the other providers and finding exactly the same email
Hey, thanks for reaching out!
Happy to clarify! If you run another Find People search and import to that existing table, it should check for duplicates and keep the new records for you.
The Getting Started video is a bit outdated but that provider can also take the company domain instead of the company name, and it's what was changed to, simplifying the process.
About the validation process, here's an explanation of what's going on in the background...
The waterfall gives you the option to add a validation provider to check results from each email finder. When the validation tool determines the email is invalid, the next email finder tries to find a new one, but if it finds the same email as the previous column it won't try to validate it again because it already tried to validate once before, and this could result in no final output because none were valid. We automatically hide validation columns helping keep tables clean and that's why it's not evident at first glance. Let me know if you still have any questions though! Example and explanation: https://www.loom.com/share/e79acd92841a4706b1710c4ce1bddaa4
Also, we could look into adding it, Klaviyo, but in the meantime, our HTTP API integration could help. Quick video on how HTTP API works: https://www.loom.com/share/114ff06973bd4ed7985b32fa031be867 -Bonus! troubleshooting example of failed body parse issues: https://www.loom.com/share/678e4c40e8c14894a6cd53948176e434We have a few integrations in progress so that's why it may take some time to add them here, hope this helps! :)
Arturo O. https://app.clay.com/workspaces/188563/tables/t_khhNHkWN2VKT/views/gv_aX1aRxhxL0br I have this table, as you can see some emails weren't validated, but I still want to add them to the validated table, how can I do that? BTW thanks for all your answers, I think I understood!
Cool! Happy to help, that usually implies just skipping the validation check and getting whatever email the providers found, is that fine? I can update the final column so it returns those values, let me knowIt involves changing the formulas themselves
Thank you Arturo, let me know if there's anything else!

Ah, yes, if you may have to run the search again while in your company table instead so you can use them all and not just the ones from the people table
Unfortunately, not sure what other tools have SMS options. I believe Salesloft has some of those features but haven't used them in quite some time
