I just purchased 2,500 credits yesterday. this lasts me weeks. but my clay account is saying I have zero credits : \
If you recently purchased credits but they're not showing in your account yet, this is likely due to transaction processing time. It typically takes 1-2 hours after purchase for credits to appear in your account. This delay is related to how our card provider processes transactions. For example, if you made your purchase at 12 PM, the credits might not show up until 1 PM.If you still don't see your credits after 2 hours, please ask for a human agent to help investigate this further.
