Having an issue syncing a Table to HeyReach. Keeps popping up with an error. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong? I'm able to select my "Heyreach account" and "Campaign ID" under the "add enrichment"

Based on the error you're experiencing, there could be a few common reasons for the sync issue: 1. API Key Configuration: • Make sure you've correctly added your HeyReach API key to Clay • Double-check that your API key is valid and properly copied from HeyReach (find it under 'Integrations > HeyReach API') 2. Required Fields Setup: • Ensure you've mapped all necessary fields like First Name, Last Name, and Personal LinkedIn URL • Verify that your custom fields exactly match the ones in your HeyReach sequences 3. Data Format Issues: • Check that your field values are properly formatted with double quotes where needed • Look for any extra spaces, punctuation, or hidden characters that might cause parsing errors 4. Campaign Requirements: • Confirm that you're using an active HeyReach campaign (new campaigns cannot be created within Clay) • Verify that the campaign is properly set up as a lead listIf you're still experiencing issues after checking these points, you may want to request human support for further assistance.
