Is it normal that we are getting charged 1 Clay credit per result of mobile number even if we already have an API key for the provider? Example: Datagma charges 25 clay credits if there's no api key, with an API key, we are still getting charged of 1 Clay credit per result

No, it is not normal to be charged Clay credits when using your own API key for a provider like Datagma. When you connect your own API key for a data enrichment tool, you should be able to use it free of cost in Clay, and Clay credits should not be deducted for those actions. Clay credits are only charged when you use our shared API key. If you are still being charged credits despite using your own API key, this may indicate a setup issue or a bug.
