Best ESP Providers for Sending Bulk Cold Email Campaigns

😎 Hey guys, just curious what are best ESP providers for sending bulk cold email campaigns? Right now I am using Namecheap as provider of email addresses, but I am not satisfied at all (high bounce rate I would say, even for warmed up accounts). Thanks for your tips!
