Concerns Over Declining Quality in Clay's Support Services

Clay's support lately has been TERRIBLE. I do not want to mince my words. I have been using the platform for almost 2 years now and I have seen the steady complacency by the support team. Response time has been much higher.. sometimes even days and even the quality of help has gone down. I wonder if they expanded too rapidly for their own good.
