Help Needed: Resolving Zenrow Usage Limit Error AUTH004

Hi! Can someone help me to resolve this issue? I am trying to run a zenrow and getting this error pop up. We still have credits, plenty of them so I do not think its related to that as suggested by the AI support. Error -

    I tried command + shift + r already [which usually helps clear issues] and it did not for this.
