Importing Customers from Close.io to Clay CRM Integration Guide

Hey, just upgraded to the pro plan and i am figuring out the CRM intregration. How do i import a list of my current customers from Close.io directly to clay. We need to ensure we are not doing outbound on existing customers. per my boss. The documentation i found was only for hubspot.

Hi Derek, thanks for reaching out! We actually have a table source called Import Contacts from Close that you can use here. Here's the steps you should take: 1. Add your Close API Key to Clay. Create a new workbook and use Import Contacts from Close as the Source 2. Select your Close account and then import your contacts! To update your contacts back to Close, you can go to Actions > Export > CRM > Close and then use any of the export actions shown below! Let us know if you have any other questions! 😊

Can we set up a call to fix this. I think it is an issue with the mapping. I followed the instructions and it didn't work.
