i ran out of credits. I bought ~ 1250 more credits. Got a receipt for the purchase. However, Clay still shows 0 credits and is not letting me work. What happened?

When you purchase credits, there may be a delay of 1-2 hours before they appear in your account. This delay is due to how our card provider processes transactions. For example, if you made your purchase at 12 PM, the credits might not show up until 1 PM. Hi folks. It's now been 18 hours since I bought the extra credits but the account keeps saying i am out of credits. Happy to forward the receipt I got for payment.

Since it's been 18 hours and your credits still haven't appeared (which is well beyond the normal 1-2 hour processing time), this requires attention from our support team.First, you can double-check your current credit balance by: 1.
