Quick question for the Clay team: I have multiple people rows from the same company. I want to run a simple analysis like I would against a JSON packet: for eg. βplease evaluate xx criteria and return the person who most closely matches.β What would be the easiest way to do this? I tried by creating an open spreadsheet in google sheets, dumping all the people data there, then sending a claygent to crawl and run the analysis. But unfortunately, after a few rows, Google appears to have blocked the agent. Can I build another table and run analysis against that? (Or some other way?)
π Hey there! Our support team has got your message - we'll be back in touch within 24 hours (often sooner!). If you haven't already, please include the URL of your table in this thread so that we can help you as quickly as possible!
Hey there Peter thanks for reaching out, you can accomplish this within a Clay table that already contains all of the criteria that you want to use for evaluation. By giving Claygent all of the criteria you are looking for and telling it to check each column that contains the data related to the criteria for each individual, Claygent will check whether each lead is the appropriate person for this search. A good starting point for a prompt is something like this: Using the information gathered about a lead /(Full name) with a job title /(Job Title) from the company /(company name) determine if they are the correct person to reach out. The ideal point of contact for this should be a person with job title "Manager", if a lead meets this requirement then return "First Point of Contact: If a person has a job title that does include manager but contains "Lead", return "Second Point of Contact"
Thanks LuisArturo (Clay)! Iβll give it a try and let you know
We haven't heard back from you in a bit, so we're going to go ahead and close things out here - feel free to let us know if you still need something!

Hey LuisArturo (Clay) β do you mind having a look at this for me? I think I can get the claygent to crawl my table, but itβs results are very poor. Iβve iterated on my prompt a bunch and tried multple models (inlc 4o and 4o mini), but still very poor results for what I would consider a very basic task. Here is the table. The column in question is: Peer (same table crawl)
Thanks! We've reopened this thread. You can continue to add more detail directly in this thread.
Hey Peter! Thanks for the reply. I made a quick video here walking through the issue and sharing suggestions for your workflow. Let me know if you have any questions.
Amazingβ¦. thank you, Daniela! This is WAY better.
