Hello! Is there a way to edit a wrong enrichment? For example in this table, the Linkedin company enrichment returned the wrong linkedin profile: it should be this one but it shows this one I’d like to correct the error in order for the enrichment to pull the data from the right profile but can’t find a way to do it (I can edit the linkedin url output but that won’t affect the other fields from this enrichment Thanks 🙏
Hey hey! Can you drop the URL for your table here? (if applicable) 🫶 Don't worry, only admins will be able to open your table 😉
Hi! Thanks for reaching out. I am checking this now.
Hi Aida, sorry for the delay! The LI enrichment sometimes produces less accurate results for some companies when using domains. If you use the company's LI profile url for the enrichment instead it should give you the correct data. Let me know if this helps.
Makes sense. But here I’m talking about just fixing one or two occasional mistakes rather than changing the way the enrichment is run and adding more steps. This is acttuall just one example but I’ve had other cases with other enrichment where I just need to fix one or two responses and I would rather not have to add additonal steps to the enrichment (in this case I would first have to enrich to find the linkedin urls, and then review them, correct any mistakes, and then use these linkedin urls to run a second linkedin enrichment. Ideally I would like to just select the one that is wrong and correct it rather than adding steps
Hey Aida, sorry for the delay! Thanks for sharing more details. In this instance, it is not possible to edit the wrong one and correct it to get the right information without adding a new enrichment. The error is with the domain option for enrichment not giving accurate results in that specific row. One way to make it more seamless would be to set a rule/formula that helps you automatically flag a row if a company does not match with the company name field in the LI enrichment. Set it up to run a google/web search (xyz.com + LinkedIn or Company Name + LinkedIn) to get the correct LI url and enrich with that in a separate column.
Let me know if this helps! You can also share details about how you've encountered this with other enrichments and I can recommend a more seamless workflow for you where needed.
