To use ChatGPT enrichment templates in Clay, you can access them in two ways: 1. Click the "Browse Templates" button at the top of the integration window when using the AI integration to see pre-configured setups for common use cases. 2. If you need help creating a custom prompt, use the AI Metaprompter by clicking the "Help me" button in the Configuration section of the "Use AI" panel. Simply describe what you want to achieve, and it will generate a suitable prompt.Note that these templates are customizable - you can use them as-is or modify them to better match your specific needs.If you're still having trouble, make sure you've properly configured the basic settings for the ChatGPT integration, including: ** Number of messages (max 20) ** Model selection (defaults to GPT-4) * Creativity level (temperature setting from 0-2) Sources: ChatGPT: Generate text (legacy) with OpenAI/GPT ChatGPT: Generate text with OpenAI/GPT

A hard refresh will clear the cache for the page that you're on and load the most recent version of the page. This can often resolve issues with outdated content or errors that have been fixed on the server side but are still being displayed due to cached data. Here are the steps you can follow depending on your operating system and browser: For Mac: * Chrome/Firefox: Press Cmd + Shift + R * Safari: Press Cmd + Option + R For PC: * Chrome/Firefox/Microsoft Edge: Press Ctrl + F5 Of course, let me know how this goes and if the issue persists, happy to dive deeper here :)
