I haven't created a table yet, just wanted to see if there's a way to find such leads

Hey Leonardo s., that's a great question and hopefully a few people can share some ideas. Personally, I haven't come across a data provider that tracks this in detail. There are some news providers but they often only mention leadership changes and related relevant topics. Other providers only show open positions, which could probably help in a way if that job URL is scraped every so often, but it's maybe not optimal.

Hey Leonardo, here's an idea of how you you can find companies that have recently hired for a role:

    1. 1.

Find companies that have recently had an increase in company headcount (you can do this via Apollo)

    1. a.

Optional but will give you better results/save you credits if you have a slightly narrowed list

    1. 2.

Use the "Find Contacts at Company" LinkedIn integration in Clay

    1. a.

Enter your keywords to find job titles you are looking for

    1. 3.

      Next, map the start date

    2. 4.

Finally you can add a formula or Ai task to categorize roles recently hired based on their start date (i.e. within 3 months)

That’s true, didn’t come to mind at the time. As Keshav A. mentioned, finding people who have been in their current role for no more than x amount of time could be a way to start this off
