Hi is there anyway to request credit refunds on AI responses where it messes up? I have one where it says in the reasoning "the output should be yes", but then it just outputs No for the fun of it. Attaching screenshot
Take a screenshot of the bad AI output + reasoning Go to Clay Slack Support or email support@clay.run Send this message Hey team I got an incorrect AI response where the logic clearly says the answer should be "Yes" but it output "No" Screenshot attached. Can I get a credit refund for this? Clay will review and refund
Awesome! Thanks
Welcome!
Hi Jill, thank you for reaching out! Do you mind sending the link (url) to the table so we can take a look?

Can you also flag the row and column where this happened? Thanks!
It is row 147 in the ICP match column
Thank you for sharing! I just took a look and it seems like a LLM hallucination issue, which is super common while using AI models. I would recommend switching the use case to 'Content Generation' from Web Research if you don't need the AI to go to company website or the person's linkedin url. That might help reduce the hallucination issue. In the meantime, I have added back 100 credits to make up for this. Please keep in mind that we usually don't provide such credit refunds as they are related to AI hallucinations and out of our control.
Totally understand! We are all just learning with AI now haha thank you for the credits and suggestion. I will keep a close eye on it
