Issues with Importing People into RBI Table After Deletion

I first deleted all rows in the RBI People table, because I updated the Find people import. However, when I now open find people import and hit Preview People, it tells me 273 will be imported. But then when I click Update table…. they never arrive. Perhaps because I first cleared the whole table and they are now blacklisted?

Where is the force run option bro

To find the Force Run option in Clay: 1. Right-click on the column you want to run 2. Hover over "Run Column" 3. Select "Force Run All Rows" This option will run the column for all rows, which might help resolve your import issues. all the runs stopped adding anyone after I first cleared the whole table, why aren’t they just re-added?

yeah so when I make a new search query it DOES add them. The problems appears to be that I first deleted those rows… (just to keep things tidy)

Hey, You’re right—this happens because Clay automatically prevents duplicates from being re-added to the same table, even if you’ve deleted them. Once rows are removed, they’re still tracked in the background to avoid re-importing the same data. To fix this, you can either: 1. Create a new table and run the same search again—it will import everything fresh. 2. Or, if you want to keep using the same table, change the search slightly so it counts as a new query. FYI, I tried to change the search slightly and it does not fix the issue. As long as the rows you're trying to return are a subset of the ones you have deleted, it will continue to return 0 rows...

Hi, That’s correct. The Find People search won’t return the same data that was previously deleted. This is to prevent duplicates. If you’ve deleted a row, you’ll need to add a new one instead. Let me know if you have more questions.
