Guidance Needed for Workflow: Importing Contacts to Campaigns from Tables

Hi Team! I am trying to implement the following workflow and would appreciate your guidance:

1.
I have a table of companies (Table X) and a table of contacts (Table Y).
2.
In Table X, I use the Lookup Multiple Rows in Other Table function to display related contacts from Table Y in a specific column (let's call it Column 1).
3.
My goal is to use the Instantly → Add Lead to Campaign enrichment feature to import contacts from Column 1, but only for a subset of companies in Table X that match specific filter criteria.

Could you please advise on the best way to achieve this? Are there alternative approaches to handle this use case efficiently?

You can use conditional formulas in the Instantly enrichment to selectively add leads to your campaign. Here's how: 1. Add the "Instantly → Add Lead to Campaign" enrichment to your table. 2. In the enrichment settings: • Select your campaign ID • Map the required email field and any optional fields (first name, last name, company name) • Add any custom variables for personalization 3. Scroll down to "Run Settings" in the enrichment panel to set up your conditional formula. You can either: • Type your condition manually, or • Click "Use AI" and describe your filter criteria in plain language (e.g., "Only run if /headcount is greater than 40")Make sure to use the correct column names from your table when setting up the enrichment to avoid any "missing input" errors.
