Identifying Visitors with Disabilities: Name and Email Use
If I have name and email address, is there a way to if the visitor is a "persons with disabilities"?

Since most of our data is sourced from LinkedIn, I don’t believe there’s a way to determine if a person is disabled or not, as that information tends to not be publicly available on LinkedIN.
