Clarifying Import Limits: Max 5000 People Monthly or Per Batch?

Maybe a stupid question, but when importing people (max 5000), does that mean I can import a max of 5000 people monthly or what? I wanted to import circa 2000 contacts into a table but was denied because of a limit

Hey Daniel, thanks for reaching out! Totally understand this can be confusing. You can import a maximum of 5,000 results per people source you create on the starter plan. You can see the different import limits per source on our pricing page as I've shown below. Hey. Sorry for slow reply back to you here. I still don’t get it. If I have less than 5000 companies and want to add less than 5000 people, I can’t do that? Trying to understand.

Hey! No worries at all 😊 Yes, you can absolutely add less than 5000 people without any issues. The limit you’re referring to is per search, so you can run multiple searches if needed. But if you have fewer than 5000 companies or people, you’ll be fine to add them all in one go. Let me know if you need more help with this!
