Password Reset Not Working: Need Help Troubleshooting

I’m having trouble resetting my password. I tried requesting a a password reset but nothing came to my email. Is this function working?

Hey there Xavier happy to help, currently you are using the Google to log in, I can switch your log-in method to password. After which when you click on reset password, you will get an email. Would you like me to do so?

I did however make a mistake on my first day using the platform that I could use your help on… can you reset my coins/credits? I accidentally used my entire allotment without filtering the data. I didn’t really know what I was doing.
