Hi, I'm trying to use the country states filter in the lookalike function, but every time I do it fails to parse the information. I'm using the ISO codes and have tried both with and without the US- abbreviation. I have tried setting the primary country to the united states and tried it without any primary country (always with the state country set to the USA). I have attempted to press enter to add separate entries. I don't know what I'm doing wrong
The information I've found doesn't specifically address the issue of ISO codes failing to parse in the country states filter for the lookalike function. However, based on the available details about the Ocean.io integration, here are some suggestions: 1. Use full country names instead of ISO codes when filtering by countries. 2. For the "Primary Countries" filter, use the multi-select field to choose countries where the company has its primary presence (headquarters). 3. If you need to filter by all countries where a company has a presence, use the "Countries" filter, which is also a multi-select field. To help resolve your issue, could you provide more details about how you're entering the ISO codes and which specific field you're using them in? This information would help us better understand and address the parsing problem you're experiencing. Harry, sounds like you had trouble finding lookalikes with Ocean.io? Would you be able to share a table where you were using that feature? In my separate test account, I was able to supply two-letter abbreviations like "AK,NY,GA", and it all seemd to work okay. I'd be curious to have a look at your table(s) to see what's going awry. Looking forward to working through it!
Thank you, Mark. I tried this out and it worked very nicely
Belatedly โ thanks for following up on this. I'm very happy it's all working for you!
