Credits Error: Unused Credits Spent on HG Insights Query

URGENT: Team, I had 9600 credits and was trying to setup an HG Insights query...i didn't even finish the setup, in fact told the tool to limit results to 1000. Somehow it's now saying I used 99,000 credits which I didn't even have...and now I can't do anything without upgrading. Here's the screenshot...no credits should have been used as it wasn't even setup... Please return my credits and remove this "archived" item in the view you see.
