How to Periodically Check Salesforce for Data and Sync with Keyplay

is there a way to periodically check salesforce for data? basically i have another tool (keyplay) that is adding accounts into salesforce, and i want clay to pick them up somehow. any recommendations on how to make that happen?

    Hey Marty!! Are you using the Import from Salesforce source? It should already do this for you, refresh and import records after a time period.
