Excluding Unwanted Titles in Clay's Seniority ICP Column

Sup Clayers, In this table: https://app.clay.com/workspaces/134381/tables/t_TSvSGgSKPQ8a/views/gv_7jF5tKZRgrFb , Seniority ICP column I have a list of titles I do want. But i found that when running my Email Eligibility column that it picked up a "Director of Recruitment" which i don't want. But because they have a "Director" title it triggered a positive response. Would i need to use a Claygent to exclude certain titles or is it possible to add the exclusions to the Seniority ICP column? OR, would i have Claygent check against an Exclusion column? Merci buckets
