Excluding Unwanted Titles in Clay's Seniority ICP Column

Sup Clayers, In this table: https://app.clay.com/workspaces/134381/tables/t_TSvSGgSKPQ8a/views/gv_7jF5tKZRgrFb , Seniority ICP column I have a list of titles I do want. But i found that when running my Email Eligibility column that it picked up a "Director of Recruitment" which i don't want. But because they have a "Director" title it triggered a positive response. Would i need to use a Claygent to exclude certain titles or is it possible to add the exclusions to the Seniority ICP column? OR, would i have Claygent check against an Exclusion column? Hey Jonathan!! Great question! Yeah, I'd definitely consider either adding that as a conditional formula so if the title includes those keywords or variations that you don't want, to not run Claygent at all, or in the prompt works too. You can also update the Seniority ICP column to return another word instead or leave it empty, so which could also prevent Claygent from running because there's no input but Seniority is required for what I saw in your prompt.
