Tips for Overcoming AI Prompt Challenges in List Building

I need to build a list with an ai enrichment prompt. The issue I'm having is when I start from a blank template and ask the prompt to deliver example companies that fit the prompt criteria, it just spins or errors out. I've tried the 'help me' ai prompt generator, but it doesn't seem to work. Any tips?
