Hey Team, can you guide me how can i use triggers in clay (details in thread)
๐ Hey there! Our support team has got your message - we'll be back in touch within 24 hours (often sooner!). If you haven't already, please include the URL of your table in this thread so that we can help you as quickly as possible!
I'm looking to set up triggers that whenever a new job (according to the job titles we provide), will be posted on the web (Linkedin, Indeec etc), in our given region, i want it to be enriched in the clay table. is it possible?
Not possbile within clay directly.
you have to setup workflows that will keep feeding data to your tables
What about webhooks?
Yes, you can keep feeding data to your tables via webhooks
Hi Irtaza, thanks for reaching out. As for the first signal you want to track, we have a job changes feature which will allow you to track people lists for job searches. Here's a demo on how to use the job changes feature. A brief note on the setup: * If you only provide a Person LinkedIn Url column, we will track that list of people for any future job changes from the moment you create the Signal * IF you provide a Company LinkedIn Url (optional) column, we will do an initial historical check against the companies you provided. So e.g. if you say that Person X was at Company A, we will do a historical check to see if they're still in Company A, and if not, we will produce a Job Change event, regardless of when they started their current job. The use case for this is if you want to check if their current data (e.g. from their CRM) is still up to date. As for your second question on job post triggers, - you cannot set this up directly in clay at the moment. However tools like Phantombuster & Apify.com have scrapers that can pull job post data and the results can be imported through our integration with them. โ I found this actor, for example, which should get the job done for your specific use case. Apify integrates with Clay, so you'll be able to build tables based on Apify actor runs, or trigger actor runs at strategic points in your workflow. Here's how you can set up a Clay table from an Apify actor run: https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/1136960340/97e4e0aa1500879dbbe57ea0/CleanShot+2024-08-06+at+15_48_57.gif?expires=1728657000&signature=3888fad65eda8b842d3b81dae941415ff74f3ced7084c3078a38dcb7c13c5357&req=dSEkEMB4nYJbWfMW1HO4zejWagDb73AHAut9xPamiwBH4w%3D%3D%0A I hope this was helpful. If there's anything else I can assist you with, please let me know!
We haven't heard back from you in a bit, so we're going to go ahead and close things out here - feel free to let us know if you still need something!
