Understanding GPT API Rate Limits and Usage with Clay

I get this error message when I try to use my GPT API key The rate limits associated with your OpenAI API key are too low to run this action with the selected model. See "Increasing your limits" here. Do I have to have spent 50 usd on my new GPT API account to use it with Clay?

Hey Maxim, thanks for the inquiry about this! We’ve made some changes to ensure you have the best experience possible. It requires APIs to have 30,000 TPM (tokens per minute) for ChatGPT - Generate Text columns and 450,000 TPM for Claygent. For Claygent, a Tier 2 API key from OpenAI will work as it supports the required TPM rates, but ChatGPT - Generate Text will work just fine with any tier as long as the API key has access/can be used. You can check your OpenAI API usage or limits following these links: • Usage • Limits Their support team will always grant you the request if you have the minimum amount required and they’ll be quick to assist if you need to increase your limits or troubleshoot any issues.
