Is there a way to get back the deleted columns?? History of yhe table or anything like that?
Hi Halil, thanks for reaching out. When you delete columns you'll be prompted to proceed with deleting the column or putting the process on hold: https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/w28k1kwz/1236658583/8f285baa77ac76790afae69e2c8b/CleanShot+2024-11-01+at+11_18_52%402x.png?expires=1730475900&signature=b5789a01d13077e613235c86d611adf619df7517125b19a3ea18a61b2cff0118&req=dSIkEM97lYRXWvMW1HO4zUn7MAD6u8%2F9ZH5T%2Fati20rGtcrtD5qebSyVG7dC%0ABDm5%0A Once you select 'Delete Column,' the data will be permanently removed, and we won't be able to recover it.
In different views how we can delete columns and see the workflow. I want to create views for diffrent functions. I copied and pasted the view and then start to delete the rows that i don't need in the view. Then saw that all of the colums are deleted in all of the views. Is there a way to solve that?
Hi! Views are essentially filtered perspectives of the main table—similar to a sheet in Excel. If you delete a column in a filtered view, it will also remove that column’s data across all other views, since they share the same underlying table.
Hmm, i thought that it was working like notion databases or airtable but seems it doesnt
Instead of deleting the columns, which would remove them from the entire table, you can simply hide them. This will solve your issue by removing them from your view without affecting the data in other views. This is how you can hide columns: https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/w28k1kwz/1236678843/e06f199910716b34d7efd67448c1/CleanShot+2024-11-01+at+11_35_24%402x.png?expires=1730476800&signature=aefde79ab901385868c6e17eed475e814210c4e1c94cf8f83ee024f34f68f1ac&req=dSIkEM95lYlbWvMW1HO4zdcfoMJ4lx4Yg4JNaXjHDWBaUPGlpBFHbQq5ju6g%0A0xll%0A
