Hi, we ran out of credit sand we can’t upgrade our plan as we have the biggest plan, 150k credits a month

You can purchase credit top-ups directly from your billing modal. Go to Settings > Plans and Billing > Purchase Credits to add more credits instantly without changing your plan or billing cycle. These credit top-ups cost 50% more than your plan's typical cost per credit, but they're perfect for when you need extra credits without upgrading. New credits are added to your balance immediately.

Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time, which will reset your billing cycle immediately and give you the new credit allotment instantly. When you upgrade, the new credits are added on top of your current balance, so you keep all existing credits. This effectively gives you an early renewal with more credits right away.
