Does anyone know why i'm all of the sudden getting these things in contact search lists from company lists?
i've gotten it in 2 flows now.
This is likely due to the "Find Contacts at Company" feature in Clay. When you use this option in the enrichment tab and save the results into the company table, it combines company and people data. This action allows you to find and add contacts from Companies, People, and Jobs data sources directly into Clay tables as new columns. If you're seeing this in multiple flows, it means you've likely used this feature in those specific workflows. This integration of company and contact data can be useful for personalization and comprehensive views of your contacts within their company contexts. If you need more clarification or want to adjust this setting, let me know, and I can guide you further.
Yes but why is it giving "missing input"
The "missing input" error you're encountering with the "Find Contacts at Company" feature is likely due to a required input field not being filled. This feature typically needs a company identifier, such as a domain or company name, to function properly. To resolve this: 1. Check if you've provided the necessary company information (e.g., domain or company name) in your table. 2. Ensure the column containing this information is correctly linked to the "Find Contacts at Company" action. 3. Verify that the data in the input column is in the correct format. If you're still experiencing issues after checking these points, you may need more specific troubleshooting. If you need further assistance, please request to talk to a person for a more detailed look at your specific setup.
that makes sense but why is it findings contacts at that company then if it doesn't have an identifier π?
The "Find Contacts at Company" feature requires a company identifier to function properly. If you're seeing contacts returned despite a "missing input" error, it's likely due to a mismatch between the expected input and what's provided in your table. To resolve this: 1. Check if you've correctly linked the column containing the company identifier (e.g., domain or LinkedIn URL) to the feature. 2. Ensure the data in your input column is in the correct format. 3. Verify that the column isn't empty for the rows where you're seeing results. If the issue persists, you may need more specific troubleshooting. Consider requesting to talk to a person for a detailed look at your setup.
speak to a person please
Hey, Curious β are those coming from outside tables? It looks like the issue might be that a company record is missing in the other table. If you could share a bit more detail on how you ran the search, it would help us figure it out faster. Let me know!
The company details are coming from leadinfo under "accounts" table
So the flow is basically:
Leadinfo trigger --> Send to clay + enrich --> Find & Enrich people --> send to sheet for sales
Used to work fine before but I see this missing data coming in all of the sudden.
