I am using 'Find people at company' in Clay and have asked it to exclude people in a table within the workbook. But once I've found my new list, I would like to import those people into the table which was used to exclude. But when I click import, that table doesn't show? None of the tables within the workbook show
When using the "Find people at company" feature, the table you used for exclusions won't appear as an import destination option. This is because Clay creates a new table for your search results rather than allowing you to add to existing tables directly from this feature. Hey Bo (. I've just gone back in and it is now showing the excluded table but it wasn't earlier. Was there issues with Clay earlier as I found it was super slow and wouldn't show the table to import to
Hey - that can happen if one tab isn't refreshed after changes are made in another. Sometimes the updates don't sync across tabs right away, which might be why the table didn't appear earlier. I'm curious, do you use any extensions, ad blockers, etc.? Do you see any kind of difference now vs before? How's your Wi-Fi typically? Let me know if it happens again or if you have more questions.
Hey Bo (. - this was actually all being done under 1 tab, with 1GB WIFI. I don't run any ad blockers, just use standard Chrome
Yesterday Clay was being incredibly slow though (Lookup rows, Smartlead lookup) and there were issues I was experiencing like not being able to import to a specific table or Find People not working. Was there a wider issue?
