Request for Additional Credits and Support for Pro Account

Clay S. Hi, we have maxed out our Pro account and need more Credits and possibly more bandwidth/stability/functionality. We are planning more features/integrations but so far we are not sure if this is going to be supported and I don't want to check the amount of credits all the time. Can you help out?

    You have two options to increase your credit allocation:1. For immediate additional credits: β€’ Go to Workspace Settings > Plans and Billing > Purchase Credits β€’ Select the amount of credits you need and click Continue 2.     We maxed out the credits we get per month (150K), that is why I need another solution.

    Since you've reached the maximum credit tier (150K/month) on the Pro plan, you have two options:1. For temporary needs: β€’ Purchase credit top-ups directly from your billing modal for that particular month β€’ These additional credits will be added instantly without changing your plan or billing cycle 2.     I already sent an enterprise request mid last week, but I did not get an answer yet. That is why I am writing here. In addition to that, the form is really weird to fill out because it does not cover our case that we are already a customer, maxed out and look for additional credits and functionality.
