Request for Additional Credits and Support for Pro Account

Hi, we have maxed out our Pro account and need more Credits and possibly more bandwidth/stability/functionality. We are planning more features/integrations but so far we are not sure if this is going to be supported and I don't want to check the amount of credits all the time. Can you help out?

You have two options to increase your credit allocation: 1. For immediate additional credits: • Go to Workspace Settings > Plans and Billing > Purchase Credits • Select the amount of credits you need and click Continue 2. For a long-term solution with increased functionality: • Go to Workspace Settings > Plans and Billing > Change Plan • Choose between Monthly or Annual billing • Select your desired credit tier and plan features • Click Upgrade PlanThe Pro Plan offers various credit tiers: ** 600K credits/year (50K monthly) ** 840K credits/year (70K monthly) ** 1.2M credits/year (100K monthly) ** 1.8M credits/year (150K monthly) Sources: Workspace administration documentation | Documentation | Clay University Running Out of Credits Change Your Plan, Cancel Your Plan, Restart Your Trial

For temporary needs: • Purchase credit top-ups directly from your billing modal for that particular month • These additional credits will be added instantly without changing your plan or billing cycle 2. I already sent an enterprise request mid last week, but I did not get an answer yet. That is why I am writing here. In addition to that, the form is really weird to fill out because it does not cover our case that we are already a customer, maxed out and look for additional credits and functionality.
