We are curious why Clay doesn't pull in all the emails that RocketReach offers: For example, we don't get emails through RocketReach enrichment on this table: https://app.clay.com/workspaces/59216/tables/t_oyJmYParCXH5/views/gv_BP85qDFqjbCr Yet, when we go to the RocketReach app there is work emails (does clay only pull in the A grade emails and not lower grade or?) Thank you for your assistance!
š Hey there! Our support team has got your message - we'll be back in touch within 24 hours (often sooner!). If you haven't already, please include the URL of your table in this thread so that we can help you as quickly as possible!
Hey, thanks for reaching out! š Could you record a Loom or upload the results youāre seeing in Rocketreach? We donāt throttle or limit anything, but it would be great to see examples if this is happening. That way, we can pass it along to our engineers and have them investigate further. Your help would be greatly appreciated! š Let me know if you need anything else!
Yes, absolutely. We will get a Loom out as soon as possible.
We were also curious; a lot of the times our email validation comes back as "catch-all" almost 100% of the time
Hey, thank you for the Loom video! š Just one thing thoughāon the RocketReach side, Iām not seeing which emails were found. Could you show us? It looks like you added a āpersonal emailā which could explain the difference, as the integration is set up to find āprofessional emails.ā We also have the personal email option available, just in case. https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/1177071963/549cae8ff42fcf8d96469ae8/CleanShot+2024-09-11+at+_30fk5KpnJG%402x.png?expires=1726096500&signature=5bb4ed034def1db193337a9efedda1c27be8d6fd5e65f3ca60974b7ffa801347&req=dSEgEcl5nIhZWvMW1HO4zc%2B11K3nAjtsy9%2BeLh7NJMzYQO3QFf4ahE36hYyq%0ANKFF%0A If thatās not the issue, could you retake the Loom based on these steps: 1. Show an example in Clay. 2. Show the same example in RocketReach (app). That way, Iāll be able to get a clearer picture of whatās going on. Regarding āCatch-Allā emails: this means the email domain accepts all emails, regardless of whether the specific address exists or not. Because of this, theyāre often marked as unsafe. If youād like more accurate validation, we also offer Enrichely, which can validate Catch-All emails and provide more detailed information. That said, I generally wouldnāt recommend sending emails to Catch-All addresses. https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/1177071017/5d01920840b660397df84df1/CleanShot+2024-09-11+at+_430pA8W2oh%402x.png?expires=1726096500&signature=3e97f5c76196637512918e1402de95d7c6d30134fe55df6c5f5f03abc2ea5337&req=dSEgEcl5nIFeXvMW1HO4zV%2FV4o21bzxlOq%2BsUa%2B65DVfKMEwnFUc67U8c5gH%0AGMGp%0A Let me know if this clears things up, and Iām here if you have more questions! š
https://app.clay.com/workspaces/59216/tables/t_Q5bmZQKaXvSJ/views/gv_YMHYpnsi7xcq More detailed explanation in regards to professional emails illustrating Clay not finding with RocketReach API versus them actually being on RocketReach app (not personal emails; professional emails) Thank you!
