Hi Harvey, not sure why this is happening have you checked your Apollo account and API keys? Clay has the same integration, maybe you can use that instead:

Please check that everything on Apollo is ok, you can try to pull other kind of data with the API key

can you try another search with apollo? pull a different enrichment, maybe something easy just to test if there is a problem with apollo

Can you confirm that you have enough email credits in Apollo?

Hey Harvey!! Glad the API issue was apparently solved but that email one, that's because Apollo now asks you to Enrich a person to get the email :/

RE: This is due to the fact that Apollo fixed a bug in their API that had been there for months and why it now says "­[email­_not­_unlocked@domain.com](mailto:email_not_unlocked@domain.com)".Apollo’s API was designed so that when you search for people, a person’s email address wasn’t added to the response unless you had used apollo credits and saved them as a contact to your apollo account.Their API had a bug in it for months, that allowed email addresses to be shown anyway, which they have since patched. In order to fix this, what Clay is going to do is combine people and contacts in apollo in our find people search, so that after you save a contact, you’ll be able to get the email address by re-running the search action in Clay.However, unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do from the Clay side to retrieve the email without you saving the contact or using the Enrich Person (Apollo) integration moving forward.
